Hedging in rail transport

In order to hedge the transaction to be effective and economically justified need to develop a common hedging strategy. In the study pointed out that for the regulation of hedge transactions not general rules defined in the legislation of Russia, the law also provides little information about the requirements for registration and documentation of hedging transactions. Author unsubstantiates the necessity of developing a number of internal documents necessary for the implementation of hedging transactions in accordance under Russian Law.
