Innovative method to financing a construction holding in terms of crisis

This article shows that only access to cheap, safe to resources which are own sources, would allow construction to holding companies minimize risks and survive in a systemic crisis. The proposed method selection the company - the holder of assets will help solve the problems of the Organization of the consolidated financial holding company, correct their distribution among companies, considering the results of the investment activities of each in the rapidly changing economic conditions.
