In Russia public-private partnership (PPP) development is one of the most important topics of the country’s modern economic life, for this reason it is necessary to pay great attention to its different stages of development. In modern conditions state’s role in the economy is increasing and PPP implementation is inevitable for keeping economy’s market structure. Institutes for economic development, including «the state corporation «Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)» should also take part in this process.
