Article contains a brief analysis of the problems relevant to modern science financial law. In the system of financial law, which are financial-economic relations include subsectors (budget and tax law) and the monetary institutions, banking, etc. Because financial legislation not perfect, the law governing the relations (contained in the sales tax, budget codes and other normative acts) need.
