The actual position of budget process in BRD

The article is dedicated to modern trends in budget process in Germany. In economic science in BRD now exist a lot of proposals how to facilitate the increase of effect of budget spendings and search for a new incomes and revenues. The author dwells upon the structure of the federal budget, the procedure of adopting of the budget, the details of budget process on example of Ministry of defence of Germany.
