Liquidity growth became the main engine of the financial market starting from 2009. Economic fundamentals now play a minor role in this process. Among the important sources of the liquidity are speculative buyers. Financial downturn brought an understanding that main concern of the Central Banks should be the health of the financial system and just price stability.
