The search for effective world economic relations: topical for Russia problems

In the article considered features of international economic relations construction, concerning external trade and capital flows. There are the scientific analysis of the doctrine, based on stimulation of export, and its consequences for development of a national economy. Approaches to attraction and effectiveness of the foreign investments are critically considered. The special accent is done on the appliance of the theoretical problems to the Russian economy. It is noted, that the domestic economy could manage in the future without further escalating export of the energy goods, and foreign investments could be replaced by the domestic capital returned from abroad.
