Global financial and economic crisis is reflected in Russia by several waves of crisis of liquidity. With this problem bodies of the government consult by creation of additional tools of granting to banks of liquidity (expansion of the pawn list, granting of credits without maintenance, etc.), and also lengthenings of action of already existing financial tools. The primary goals for the state in bank crisis are: restoration of trust to bank system, the decision of a problem of bad debts and restoration of crediting. The different countries solved these problems differently. Clause is devoted to studying of experience of these countries.
