Despite a certain improvement the situation on the world financial market leaves much to be desired. The downturn actually discredited economics not only in public opinion but in specialists’ judgment as well. Nevertheless there have been abundant warnings that the danger of a crisis was imminent. Generally credit liberalization became very popular.
