This article is devoted to tools developing and information technology systems, innovative educating technologies and channels of information in the areas of personal finance. Possible ways and methods of using the accumulated progressive experience (both domestic and foreign), the introduction of information technology in education, enlightening, information and legal scope for improving level of financial literacy were considered here.
