Financial crisis and measures on its stabilization

After introduction of emergency measures for restraint of crisis the problem phase for the government under the sanction of crisis which should lead to restoration of system of crediting and corresponding legal norms begins. The paper also deals with the analysis of anti-crisis policy measures and differentiates the stages of overcoming the crisis. The certain interest represents studying experience of the USA and the Great Britain on restraint of crisis and search of ways of an output from it.
