Implementation of cluster policy at the level of the Russian federation parties and municipalities

The author regards cluster development issues at the regional level in Russia. Based on the concept of long-term development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2020, drew attention to what should new sources of economic growth and well-being. The author considers the possible options for members of the Russian Federation in the cluster. Particular attention to the development of clusters at the municipal level.
