The reasons, conditions of occurrence crisis and anti-recessionary measures

The beginning of financial crisis, as a rule, coincides on time with the beginning of bank crisis, including concurrence of a distress of banks to pressure from a rate of exchange, problems of repayment of a sovereign duty and deterioration of macroeconomic conditions. After introduction of emergency measures for restraint of crisis the problem phase for the government under the sanction of crisis which should lead to restoration of system of crediting and corresponding legal norms begins. The certain interest represents studying experience of the USA and the Great Britain on restraint of crisis and search of ways of an output from it.
