National sciences lags needs of business behavior in the process of diagnostics of financial and economic position of the most dynamic sub-system of national and regional economy which is small-scale entrepreneurship.
     It is necessary to solve this problem using informal (non-traditional) methods exploring in the first place stability of enterprises. The author recommends the way to do it.
