Any crisis inflicts economic loss and covers other countries, which requires quick reaction from governments and leaders of business. The reasons of the current global financial crisis have not still been explored completely. Discussions go on however it is clear that this crisis is induced by a row of different factors and circumstances. Concerning perspectives of stabilization in the Russian market even partial restoration may not be expected earlier than 1-2 years.
