Mass non-fulfillment of transactions in the financial market became a bright sign of the current financial crisis. In this work non-fulfillment of transactions with government securities of the USA is considered. The work may be of interest for specialists in Russia where in autumn of 2008 was real boom of non-deliveries on repo transactions and wave of defaults in the corporate bonds market forming a special case of non-fulfillment.
