In the set of used instruments of monetary policy of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation a priority of anti-inflation measures is definitely traced which now on one part should be considered rather justified. On the other part the Central Bank of the Russian Federation faces another urgent and statutory designated aim which is development and strengthening of banking system of the Russian Federation. The authors analyze this situation thoroughly.
