Credit risk management problems in Russian commercial banks

In main strands of the unified state monetary and credit policy for 2009 and for the period 2010-2011 the course for continuation of adaptation of Russian banks for standards laid in the New Basel agreement on capital was declared. In this regard urgent problems of credit risk management arising in the process of conversion to Basel II remain. The author divides credit risk management into three blocks (organization, methodological and information and technological) and considers problems arising in each of them.
