Urgency of this work is connected with the current global credit crisis and increased currency risks. That is why the matter of start of growth at main stock sites of the world is associated with dynamics of American dollar. The authors show that at the background of deepening of credit crisis and weak macroeconomic statistics in the United States within the last five months rally of the currency of the USA may be observed which has quite real reasons.
