Anti-crisis program of the government: factors of crisis and real effectiveness

The program of anti-crisis measure of the Government of the RF for 2009 was published in March 25th 2009 together with the List of the first-priority measures taken by the Government of the Russian Federation intended to struggle with consequences of world’s financial crisis. In the basis of the program is the scaled work on correction of strategy of Russia in conditions of world’s financial crisis that started in autumn of 2008. The author explores prerequisites of emerge and development of crisis situation in Russia, priorities and events based into anti-crisis program.
