Use of methods of re-engineering of business-processes for development of banking activity

There is evolution and revolution theories of business change. Supporters of the evolution approach proceed from the fact that the first to be changed should be opinions, value systems and behavioral models of members of socio-technical systems and then organization in institutional understanding. The revolution model is realized in the framework of “re-engineering of business processes”. Popularity of the last theory among practitioners especially in the process of accounting of essential quantity of critical publications on questions of its results evidences about its complete urgency and requires additional study of its provisions and possibilities of their practical use. The suggested article is devoted to it.
