In China government control plays quite important role in activity of financial establishments with foreign participation. Even under standards of developing countries level of intervention of public bodies of CPR in the banking sector is very high. This happens first of all because the role of financial system in life of this country is very high.
     The published material is devoted to detailed analysis of the above-mentioned mechanism of government control.
