Formation of regional system of innovative of transformations of economy

The article discloses basic directions and ways of realization of key conditions of innovative transformation of regional economies in the condition of worsening of social and economic situations caused by economic crisis. The main organizational and methodic approaches to formation of regional economic systems are presented that are the leading primary link of the national innovative system and form totality of institutes that promote not only creation and expanded reproduction of knowledge but their implementation into production and that are conducive to formation of innovative product.
