Now many people say that crisis will become the worst one from 1930s. The world of the rich is in recession. Countries with emerging economy have also found themselves in the trap of crisis basically under the influence of the fact that investors from rich nations took their capital back. And it is impossible improving the situation without formation of the regime of macro-caution in relation to requirements to capital of participants of market.
     By examples of world’s economy the author observes to what extent the current crisis is similar or on the contrary differs from others.
