Development of an effective mechanism of prevention of bankruptcy of enterprises is impossible without revelation of distinct interconnection and interdependency of type of financial condition, depth of crisis and stage of enterprise bankruptcy.
     The author analyzes aspects touching upon production and commercial, organizational management, financial and credit and other spheres of activity of enterprise associated with overcoming of crisis phenomena and financial sanation of a business entity.
