Review of the current practice of regulation of separate categories of adoptions of regional and local authorities

International practice shows that modern system of state regulation of adoptions at level of central government is mainly aimed at liberalization of regulation of regional and municipal adoptions. In the article the authors note trends of liberalization of state regulation of adoptions of regional and local authorities. The practice in question is analyzed.
