The international financial crisis that started in autumn of 2008 that quite negatively projected at condition of Russian economy makes looking for most effective instruments of anti-crisis policy. In the article in question are instruments intended not only and not so much for temporary compensation of consequences of crisis but for formation of preconditions of general high anti-crisis stability of economy in whole.
