In viewpoint of authors policy of CB RF corresponds incorrect steps in the right direction: we always supported sharper rate drop of Ruble (one time remission would be the optimal solution) with simultaneous sharp increase of interest rates. In the article benefits and implications of policy of the Central Bank are estimated with regard to the changeable economic situation in this country.
