Subject. The influence of logistical factors on the pricing of agricultural products in supply chains, including the structure of logistics costs, price transmission mechanisms, regional differentiation and cooperative effects. Objectives. Identification of patterns of influence of the logistic component on the pricing of agricultural products and development of recommendations for minimizing negative price effects. Methods. The research is based on methods of system and comparative analysis, methods of game theory, factor and cluster analysis, as well as on the generalization of empirical data from Russian and foreign sources. Results. The share of logistics costs in the final price of various product groups is systematized: from 15–25% (grains on the domestic market) to 40–55% (imported fruits). The key channels of logistics influence on prices (direct transport costs, losses, limited infrastructure, time delays, cooperative effects, information asymmetry) have been identified. The transmission mechanism of the price impulse showed a 20% increase in the cost of logistics and a 3.9% increase in the final delivery price. A nonlinear relationship has been established between the remoteness of the region and the retail price of potatoes (from 20–27 RUB/kg on the local market to 50–80 RUB/kg in remote regions). It has been proven that manufacturers' cooperation and the creation of wholesale distribution centers can reduce transportation costs by 10–15% and reduce product losses. Conclusions. Logistics acts as an independent price-forming factor that can both mitigate and enhance price fluctuations. The nonlinear price increase with the lengthening of the logistics arm (500–700 km threshold) requires the development of storage and processing infrastructure. Cooperative models (from outsourcing to integrated wholesale distribution centers) provide economies of scale and improved service quality.
