Subject. One of the global problems of modern management is the emotional burnout of staff, which does not allow the business entity to fully utilize its human resources.
Objectives. Substantiation of the problem of staff emotional burnout as a threat to the socioeconomic stability of business entities. To analyze the complex of environmental factors that determine the psycho-emotional state of a modern working person. To identify the prerequisites for his emotional burnout in the modern management system. To develop a conceptual model for preventing emotional burnout of the organization's staff.
Methods. The research was based on the application of the following general scientific and special methods: basic principles of logic, statistical, system analysis and synthesis, expert survey, tabular and graphical visualization of data.
Results. The systemic nature of the problem of staff emotional burnout is substantiated. Its essence, manifestations and corresponding characteristics of the human condition are determined. The prerequisites for emotional burnout in the context of the dynamics of the world system are revealed. The author identifies the quintessence of managerial competencies that can transform the personal qualities of a manager into a strategic resource. A methodological approach to the prevention of staff burnout has been developed. A set of preventive measures for the emotional burnout of the organization's employees is proposed based on the basic inherent psychological needs of the working person. A conceptual model has been developed aimed at preventing emotional burnout of employees from a management perspective.
Conclusions. The study showed that the main sources of chronic stress among employees are formed by established management practices and low entrepreneurial culture, the moral and psychological atmosphere in the organization, high uncertainty, complexity of the structure and dynamism of the socioeconomic space. The regulatory role of the head is fundamental: the possession of information and managerial levers allows you to form a local emotional climate that levels or enhances the influence of systemic stressors. In conditions of increasing professional and emotional stress, the prevention of staff burnout should be one of the strategic objectives of personnel management. The introduction of a conceptual model for preventing employee burnout into the management system will help preserve and increase the existing human resources potential, which determines the competitive advantages and sustainability of the business entity.
