Subject. The Goals of Sustainable Development in healthcare in the BRICS+ countries.
Objectives. Identify the potential of using artificial intelligence to develop cooperation and form effective partnership mechanisms between the BRICS countries to achieve Sustainable Development Goal 3.
Methods. Systematic and comparative analysis, the method of multi-sign classification are applied. In the course of the work, information was selected from various literature sources, facts were analyzed and compared, and their generalization was carried out.
Results. The analysis of the multi-sign classification of countries by the level of AI development is based on five key indicators: indicators public policy and strategy, technology sector, data and infrastructure, the number of publications on the topic of artificial intelligence, the volume of the artificial intelligence market. The countries of the association are grouped into three categories: China (leader); Russia, UAE, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Egypt (middle level); South Africa, Iran, Ethiopia (low level). According to the distribution, practical steps are proposed for each group to expand cooperation in order to achieve a high level of public health through the use of artificial intelligence technologies. As a result of the research, a roadmap for the introduction of artificial intelligence for Goal 3 in the field of sustainable development in 2025–2030 has been developed, which includes three strategic stages: the harmonization of legislation and the formation of common standards, the implementation of a pilot project to launch a digital platform, scaling solutions and evaluating effectiveness.
Conclusions. The BRICS+ countries have significant potential for cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence to achieve Sustainable Development Goal 3. The path to achieving sustainable development in healthcare lies through the consolidation of the efforts of the BRICS+ countries aimed at the joint development of artificial intelligence technologies.
