A balanced system of financial and non-financial indicators for strategic analysis of sustainable development of economic entities in the healthcare sector
Subject. The article considers tools for strategic analysis of sustainable development of the healthcare sector. Objectives. The study focuses on examination of a balanced system of indicators for strategic analysis of economic entities’ sustainable development in the healthcare sector. Methods. The study employs a holistic and comprehensive approach through the analysis of a large array of information data, regulations, and scientific publications. We used methods of scientific cognition, comparative analysis, statistical grouping, and generalization of data. Results. The paper presents an overview of scientific sources on strategic analysis of the healthcare sector and its sustainable development. To manage the sustainable development of economic entities in the healthcare sector, we prepared a plan of strategic analysis, developed a balanced system of financial and non-financial indicators, and on its basis, we analyzed the development strategy of economic entities in the healthcare sector for 2024. Based on the analysis, we formulated measures aimed at achieving the strategic goals of sustainable development of healthcare providers. Conclusions. The compiled balanced system of financial and non-financial indicators as a tool for strategic analysis of sustainable development of the healthcare sector is of great importance for the healthcare sector in the region. The findings can be applied in the implementation of strategic goals for the sustainable development of economic entities operating in the healthcare sector.
