Importance The paper considers the approaches and methods to analyze the organizational capacity based on its essence and role in sustainable functioning of industrial enterprises.
Objectives The study aims to develop theoretical background and methods of diagnostic analysis of organizational capacity as an element of the system ensuring the industrial enterprise sustainability.
Methods The basis of my uniquely developed method is a modified composite approach to the study of the organizational capacity. It is implemented through the indicator method, mathematical modeling, methods of statistics and rating of indicators, scaling and aggregate data.
Results I developed theoretical-methodological principles of the diagnostic analysis of organizational capacity of industrial enterprises and designed a unique set of tools. The latter includes methods of measuring and evaluating the state, functional effectiveness, efficiency and other characteristics of organizational capacity, as well as procedures for developing a set of relevant indices. I also built regression models enabling to control the condition, usability and efficiency of the organizational capacity. The experimental test confirmed the feasibility of the developed model.
Conclusions The offered tools will assist in accurate and quick evaluation of the condition and results of organizational capacity application. Thus, I recommend them as an element of the system ensuring the sustainable operations of industrial enterprises.
