Subject The article addresses approaches to economic and mathematical modeling of innovative activity management of socially oriented enterprises.
Objectives A socially oriented innovative enterprise is a combination of a traditional commercial company, an innovative company and a social enterprise. It has social objectives, an innovative component and uses business approaches. The aim is to investigate the process of economic and mathematical modeling of socially oriented enterprises' innovative activity management.
Methods When carrying out modeling processes, the economic and mathematical modeling can be divided into several stages, i.e. object identification, model specification, identification and assessment of specific attributes of a model, definition and review of interrelations between them, and their configuration. Thus, the entire cycle usually repeats itself several times, and in each cycle the model is refined, especially if it is important for practical calculations. In this case, the model should meet additional requirements to realize algorithmic technology and programming.
Results The paper describes the type of socially oriented innovative company under the matrix method, using standard social and innovative matrices. Each matrix includes organization's objectives, which are indicated in vertical direction, and its structural divisions shown in horizontal direction.
Conclusions We selected models that are necessary for socially oriented enterprises' development, and presented calculations enabling to conclude on certain model's effectiveness from the social and innovative perspective.
