Exploring the mechanism of government regulation of the social sphere in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Subject The article explores the policy of social development and social welfare of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a system of measures aimed at improving the standards of living.
Objectives The aim is to analyze the existing approaches to the consideration of the social policy concept, and approaches to the social policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Methods The study applies the multivariate nonparametric methods, method of relative differences and the pattern method. Based on the built model of integral calculus, I measured the life quality in the regions of Kazakhstan and prepared an appropriate rating.
Results The study provides measurement of the living standards in the Republic of Kazakhstan, expands the system of indicators and specifics of life quality measurement.
Conclusions The State regulation mechanism in the social sphere of the Republic of Kazakhstan aims at improving the life quality and developing the social policy in the country. To achieve the level of development, Kazakhstan needs to consider the positive experience of developed countries in building the constitutional, democratic and social State, especially, when formulating the State policy in the field of education, health care and the social assistance to the population.
