Results The reviewed practical implementation of the corporate social responsibility policy of Lukoil oil company and detailed analysis of CSR criteria (environment protection, charity, business ethics, relationships with business partners, reasonable and affordable prices) enabled to estimate the cost of environmental activities, present strategic directions of the company's activities in the sphere of welfare and social investment, summarize principles and ways of interaction with stakeholders. The paper includes a comparative analysis of petrol prices in terms of their reasonableness and affordability.
