Importance Transition to the post-industrial stage of society development, globalization and evolving technologies are changing dramatically the interaction between employees and employers. Domestic organizations actively apply non-standard forms of labor relations, like outsourcing, insourcing, crowdsourcing, freelancing. However, many companies refuse them due to inability to assess the economic effect of the transformed employer-employee relationships, as they affect all aspects of organization's activity and differ dramatically from the common practice.
     Objectives The objective of the study is to develop techniques for assessing the economic efficiency of applying the new forms of labor relations in the organization.
     Methods The study draws upon abstract-logical, structural and functional research techniques. Furthermore, I used the results of works of foreign and Russian scientists on effective use of non-standard forms of employment relations in organizations.
     Results I have developed a technique to assess the economic efficiency of applying the new forms of labor relations in the organization.
     Relevance The developed technique will enable organizations to calculate the economic effect of implementing and using the non-standard forms of interaction with employees.
