Subject The subject of the research is intellectual capital, which is currently becomes more essential for a company as compared to material resources. The article presents the results of the research aimed at developing a complex methodology to manage the intellectual capital of technology park structures in terms of developing the methodological bases of its assessment. Objectives The work's aim is to identify the key factors of actual intellectual capital of a technology park structure having a significant influence on the latter. The definition of the key factors enables to perform a comprehensive and complete assessment of the intellectual capital based on their importance. Methods The methodological basis of the study represents systems and structural approaches, a theoretical analysis, and systematization. Results The study shows that for a full assessment of actual intellectual capital, it is advisable to formalize its main types and to assign the system of indicative factors, which are the most typical of each organizational element of the technology park structure. I present an algorithm of creating an hierarchical structural factor model of the intellectual capital of technology park structure and describe its main stages. Conclusions The empirical data and theoretical calculations presented in the article testify to the special role of management of intangible components in the innovation sphere, the support and development subject of which is the technology park structure. Developing the methodology for intellectual capital management based on the factors described in the article, will significantly expand the system of scientific knowledge not only about the subject, but also about the research objects, and will find practical application in the management of technology park structures.
