Simulation of the logistic strategy of enterprise

Modern business environment, trends in the world of competitive markets, recently emerged, should urge enterprises to develop new competitive tools. Logistics strategic management is a modern tool for building such a competitive advantage in the form of logistics chains, which are different from competitors and allow achieving competitive advantage. There are as yet no effective universal instruments for the development of a universal logistic strategy of enterprise. Current research in the field of strategic management of logistics does not offer specific instruments and mechanisms for strategic decision making in this area. The strategic role of logistics should be considered in conjunction of cost-benefit interests of the supply chain participants. The role of logistics is to harmonize, to balance the cost-benefit interests of each participant. Only the perfect connection, calling these interests (which are the basic task of logistics in the strategic aspect) by the formation of such logistics chains that provide this balance, shall allow achieving the strategic objective of logistics and implementing it in the enterprise logistics system. The need for proposals of the development of such a strategy is getting more and more urgent. A simulation is one of such tools.
