Analysis of energy survey and energy audit: the federal and regional aspects

The energy conservation and efficiency problem updating necessitates the study of domestic enterprises in terms of developing solutions to these problems. The issues related to energy conservation and efficiency find their active consideration at all levels of economy management: federal, regional and organizational. Due to sharp rise in prices for energy resources the power industry and heat and power facilities of regions, cities and industrial enterprises face increasing difficulties in fuel and energy resource supply. At present, the companies involved in energy audit and energy service perform energy audits and energy surveys. The article describes the current state, institutional support, organization of energy surveys and energy audit at domestic enterprises on the case of the Republic of Mordovia, one of the Volga Federal District regions of the Russian Federation.
