Activities aimed at achieving the basic goals and objectives from the foresight of possible changes in the environment and institutional capacity-building, through the coordination and allocation of resources, mean a strategic management. It is extremely important in the development of the modern economy, since it makes it possible to create economic development targets and follow them. Considering the strategic management of innovation development, it is important to note that this is a necessary aspect of the development of the State. That is why it is significant to have an innovation policy or innovation development strategy aimed at the development of innovative sector of the country, improvement of knowledge-intensive production in the total volume of industrial production of the country, improving the competitiveness of high-tech products in the world market.
