In recent decades, the problem of introduction of the theories of humanitarian science in the theory and methodology of economic-mathematical modeling became urgent. Among these theories the most important one is the theory of Phenomenology. The article deals with theoretical questions of the ratio of economic analysis and economic-mathematical modeling as the instruments of modern financial and economic sciences. The results of this study help to assess the possibility of adapting the phenomenological characteristics of economic analysis to the sphere of economic-mathematical modeling.
