Labor income growth of workers in the agricultural sector as a priority area for regional agricultural policy

The article focuses attention on the problems of labor incomes of agricultural workers as a priority direction of agrarian policy. The paper is expanding the role and importance of labor remuneration as one of the major factors affecting production efficiency in the industry. On the basis of correlation and regression analysis, the author reveals the interrelation between the level of wages and productivity at the agricultural enterprises of the Orel region. The results of the carried-out analysis help to reasonably prove that the main focus of improving the mechanism of formation of labor income is to strengthen the relationship between the level of wages and the end results of production and economic activities.
