The article describes the approaches to estimation of the distribution of income in the regional economy on the methodology of the system of national accounts. The author evaluates the dynamics and structure of primary income according to the generation of income account of regional accounts of the Republic of Mordovia. Applying statistical methods, the author identifies factors of dynamics of compensation of hired workers.
