The article substantiates the need to combine the cost and income approaches to determining the value of the intellectual part of product innovation, because of the interdependence of scientific-technical and market aspects. The authors specify the classification of the innovative risks and propose methodical recommendations on the evaluation of the intellectual part of the prices of high-technology products.
