The article substantiates the expediency of applying the artificial neural network technology to evaluate the enterprise's competitiveness in the international market. The authors carry out an analysis of competitiveness of the OJSC "Lukoil" in the markets of Bulgaria, Rumania and Italy using a neural network modelling. The authors highlight key problems of development of the oil refining industry of Russia and the possible solutions.
