Features of formation of the personnel potential of the regional agricultural sector and its impact on the economic efficiency of agricultural enterprises
The article focuses on the problems and prospects of human potential in the agricultural sector of the economy of the Orel region. The paper analyzes the level of agricultural enterprises of the region's human resources and its qualitative characteristics. Using econometric modeling, the authors demonstrate that the quality of human resources is one of the main factors having a bearing on the efficiency of agricultural production. The authors propose a set of measures aimed at improving the human resource system of agricultural organizations of the Orel region.
