Modern Russian market conditions are characterized by high volatility and increased uncertainty of marketing environment, substantial reduction of budgetary financing of higher education institutions (Hei), increased competition in the global, national and regional market of educational services that updates for universities to find a sustainable strategic development. This search requires the collection and analysis of secondary and primary marketing information about competitive and commodity structure of educational services offers to students in various markets, consumer demand and its determining factors.
