To substantiate and make rational administrative decisions, managing subjects are to transform historical accounting data into useful information. The author hypothesizes the significance of interrelation between information flows on an enterprise's activities which get generated in the course of accounting for decision-making, and the general functions of economic activity analysis. The received results promote an accurate distribution of registration and analytical tasks among accountant managers with establishment of responsibility limits of everyone and maximize the created value of information streams in a system of accountant's management.
