The author offers a model of government regulation of the agricultural land market. The model includes the purposes, tasks, functions, executors and co-contractors. This ensures a system approach to realization of the priority directions of a state's land policy. The agricultural-land market regulation has to be realized in multilevel space of a federal state; therefore, it is reasonable to offer structuring of this system considering various influence levels.
